September 2004
For the first time (since I just moved to South Beach) I'M UNDER a mandatory evacuation.  National Hurricane Center track at this time centers around Deerfield Beach, Florida (not far from Hurricane Frances landfall in Ft. Pierce).  This is a more compact storm, but due to the current movement uncertainty, all east coast Florida interests should be concerned and be on top of all news and advisories.

This site will be updated during the event as much as possible.  I will be a bit more practiced with this storm, so look for more pictures and imagery.--09/24 6:40pm

current location with radar
Now in position pretty close to our final target.  I'm with Jeff Gammons and Doug Kiesling, still waiting on Chris Collura.  I will have more updates from our nex position, including some early pictures.

Next update will be about two hours away (maybe sooner, maybe later?)
