There hasn't been a ton of
activity on the weather front as far as Weather Warrior Media (soon to
be Weather Warrior Entertainment). Since Hurricane Irene, my focus has
been on getting a new vehicle that will allow me more abilities to head
into these various severe weather events. After an exhaustive search,
finally ended up with a 2000 Jeep Cherokee that is lifted (just
finished 3" lift) and now have to look at replacing the motor (which is
running, but has significant issues).

NEWS This year's season is not quite
over, but on November 30th, will officially be over. This year we had

TORNADO
NEWS 2011 Was the record breaking
year. A big outbreak with the first SPC High Risk day in the North
Carolina area (and some nearby states), then continue to St.Louis,
Tuscaloosa, and Joplin events. There were many other days that had
record breaking number of tornadoes. But the most shocking of 2011 was
the dealth and injury that these events caused. Modern warnings and
forecasting didn't help the more than 500 folks that died this
year....more

dangerous for many areas and death was a bit too common of the story
last season. But, I think between last season and even the season
before has been a wake up call for many people that forgot in the
inactive snow seasons years prior. We'll have to see how the 2011/2012
season pans out. Already seeing some indicators for a busy
season......more
